WELCOME TO GOODBYE WORRIES, A PROGRAM TO TRAIN YOUR MIND, THROUGH

1. The introduction to this CD is track 1. After the first
listening, you may prefer to fast forward this track.
2. Track 2 is a hypnosis/relaxation track that deeply relaxes the
body as it trains the mind, through hypnotic suggestion, to calm
itself.
3. Track 3 is a barrier meditation training which teaches how to
block worrisome though and end obsessive rumination.
4. Track 4 is a relaxation meditation training.
5. Track 5 is a breath and music meditation.
6. Each of the three meditation tracks are progressively longer as you gain the skill and ability to meditate for longer and longer time peiods.
7. Train you mind, through frequent listening of this CD, to embed the ability to achieve calm and serenity in any situation.
8. And most important, please remember, NEVER LISTEN TO THESE PROGRAMS WHILE OPERATING ANY MOTOR VEHICLE OR DOING ANY TASK WHICH REQUIRES

Sleep Solutions
WELCOME TO SLEEP SOLUTIONS, THE CD THAT HELPS TRAIN YOUR MIND FOR
A SOUND, RESTFUL SLEEP.
1. For most people what works best on this CD is to keep the
volume low, so that the music under the narration is quite soft.
However, what is best for you is what works best. There are no
hard and fast rules. You preferences and what helps you sleep best
are all that is important.
2. Track one explains how best to use this CD. You can easily skip
over track one to begin the regular program.
3. Track two is for a full deep sleep. It helps you to train and
condition your mind for a healthy, refreshing night's sleep. The
more you practice the meditation and thought control aspect of the
tape, the more ingrained it becomes. The wonderful thing is that
even if you are sound asleep, your unconscious mind continues to
absorb these messages for your benefit and well being.
4. Tracks three and four are for either falling back to sleep if
you awaken during the night or for a refreshing nap. The volume on
tracks three and four has been lowered so as not to disturb your
sleep and for subliminal deepening and /or return to sleep. When
used as individual programs you will of course increase the volume
to your preference.
5. If you wish to use the longer of tracks three and four for
return to sleep, use track three which is approximately ten
minutes. The shorter program, track four, is good as a quick
refresher, whether for a catnap or just general stress management.
6. Remember, the more you listen to this CD, the better. You are
training and conditioning your mind to a sound and restful night's
sleep by learning how to send away thoughts that prevent sleep.
The more practice with this, the better. Some people even find it
beneficial to listen so often that they have memorized the
meditation aspect of the CD. The more you listen, the more you
understand and begin to employ the benefits of meditation to send
away thoughts that prevent you from a refreshing night's sleep.
7. Research has shown the benefits of relaxing music before sleep,
so even those without sleep problems can benefit tremendously by
the relaxation component of the CD.
8. You can listen to the CD in any manner that is most comfortable
for you, whether head set, ear buds, from a nearby stereo. .
Only your comfort matters!
9. Finally, please remember, to use the bathroom and turn off the
phone before listening, and make yourself comfortable.
10. And most
important, BECAUSE OF THE DEEPLY RELAXING NATURE OF THE CD, NEVER
LISTEN WHILE DRIVING. |
